Dies for Muti-wire Drawing Machine
Dies for Muti-wire Drawing Machine
Since 2012, we have been committed to the research of multi-wire drawing dies, aiming to make them more stable and efficient to better meet the production needs of our customers.
1. Different equipment, different elongation rates require different
die set ratios to meet the maximum machine speed designed by the equipment manufacturer, making the production process smoother.
2. Depending on the type of wire produced, we will recommend the corresponding die core material to achieve the highest cost performance. At the same time, the corresponding hole shape and angle design can
ensure that the wire is not scratched during the production process, thus ensuring the quality of the wire.
3. Currently, the smallest size that can be produced is φ0.05mm with 16 heads. The tolerance can be controlled within 0.0005mm.
4. We can assist customers in conducting wire breakage analysis and daily die management training.
Can Diamond Be Used as Dies for Drawing Wires?
Yes, diamonds, both natural and synthetic, are widely used as dies for drawing wires, offering unmatched precision and durability. Diamond dies are essential in applications requiring high-quality finishes and ultra-fine wire dimensions, such as in the electronics, medical, and aerospace industries.

Read MoreWhich of the Following Materials Is Not Suitable for Wire Drawing Dies?
Wire drawing is a critical process in manufacturing where metal wires are pulled through a die to reduce their diameter. The die material plays a crucial role in determining the quality, longevity, and efficiency of the process. However, not all materials are suitable for this demanding task. Here’s a look at some common materials used in wire drawing dies and one that is not ideal.
